Sans oublier <strong>Selena Gomez<\/strong> qui, en parlant de sa d\u00e9pression a aid\u00e9 \u00e0 lib\u00e9rer la parole. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La bonne nouvelle, c&rsquo;est qu&rsquo;il est possible de <strong>retrouver un \u00e9quilibre \u00e9motionnel <\/strong>et une paix int\u00e9rieure avec des <strong>outils tr\u00e8s simples<\/strong> que vous pouvez utiliser au quotidien. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gratuits et rapides, ils permettent de <strong>soulager le stress rapidement <\/strong>et sur le long terme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans cet article, je vous partage mes outils favoris pour aller mieux en esp\u00e9rant qu&rsquo;ils vous seront d&rsquo;une aide pr\u00e9cieuse ! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1\/ La coh\u00e9rence cardiaque qui fait du bien \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 mentale et physique <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;outil qui m&rsquo;a sauv\u00e9 la vie cette ann\u00e9e alors que j&rsquo;avais l&rsquo;impression d&rsquo;\u00eatre en apn\u00e9e toute la journ\u00e9e ! Cette ann\u00e9e, j&rsquo;ai eu la chance de travailler, je suis devenue maman pour la seconde fois, j&rsquo;ai mis en place plusieurs outils de d\u00e9veloppement personnels <a href=\"https:\/\/www.modalova.fr\/zine\/jai-teste-lautohypnose-booster-lestime-soi\/\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">(dont l&rsquo;auto hypnose, j&rsquo;en parle ici) <\/a>et une th\u00e9rapie pour trouver le bon \u00e9quilibre entre vie perso et familiale. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si tout a bien fonctionn\u00e9, je me suis rendu compte au bout de quelques mois que je faisais les choses de fa\u00e7ons automatiques sans y prendre aucun plaisir et j&rsquo;avais cette d\u00e9sagr\u00e9able sensation d&rsquo;\u00eatre toujours sous l&rsquo;eau. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ma th\u00e9rapeute m&rsquo;a conseill\u00e9 de faire de la coh\u00e9rence cardiaque d&rsquo;abord une fois par jour et au bout d&rsquo;une semaine d&rsquo;augmenter \u00e0 deux fois puis trois. Quotidiennement, le matin, apr\u00e8s le lunch et le soir avant le coucher, je m&rsquo;accorde <strong>cinq minutes de calme<\/strong> avec les \u00e9couteurs et une application. Je sais, au d\u00e9but c&rsquo;\u00e9tait un peu \u00e9trange et je ne croyais qu&rsquo;a moiti\u00e9 ce que je me disais.
